7/1/2026: I created the enclosed SOP Article
If Order is Shipping from PKY:
-The enclosed account list Amanda will need to add to the PKY shipping calendar.
Please Note:
**The Gigi Account Transition list -> Is Not included
Gigi organizes the truck, contacts the customer -> then removes the stop code 8 and reaches out to the PKY Team and including Chris Fudge and advises of the shipment & shipment details
Step 1:
Process the PO and send SO confirmation like you normally would.
Step 2:
-Send an Outlook email to the PKY Team
-Attach a copy of the Sales Order confirmation advising the order will ship from PKY
-Advise: Amanda can you please add to the PKY shipping calendar
