OP360 SA Retail Account transition to Jamie Rhoads

6/15/2025: I received a message today from Amanda advising of the following: 
-Starting today 6/15 : Retail Accounts ordering Sapphire Products , the account will transition and be fully handled by SA Jamie Rhoads

-As Amanda advises of the account transition , Amanda or I will add the transition account the enclosed article table
-Amanda or I will send a Ring Central chat room follow-up advising account has been added to article

Current Ticket Request QueueAll WOTP/Pending tickets in queue:
(NO Changes)

  • The OP360 will handle until fully completed
  • Once complete "Close" ticket as you normally would 

 New Inbound Ticket RequestsWill transition to SA Jamie Rhoads 
  • Complete initial side cart fields


  • Add internal notes


  • Reassign ticket to my queue


  • Send Jamie a message advising of the reassigning of the ticket
