Starting today Monday 6/15/2026
-All New inbound (Mario) PO requests will transition over to me (Lisa Long) for order processing
-All WOTP (Mario ) PO tickets in OP360 queue -> the OP360 Agent will handle

-All other Process/Procedures : No current changes.

-Moving forward Re-assign ticket to Lisa Long (see details in article)
-Existing Pending/WOTP tickets -> Me (Lisa Long) is still your Point of Contact
