OP360 Sales Admin PO Price Discrepancy

Extremely Important:
-Please be sure you DO NOT release order to warehouse (Stop Code 7) unless you have been advised by the sales person, Lisa or Amanda to release to warehouse.
-Please be sure you DO NOT release order to warehouse (Stop Code 3) unless you have been advised by TLC sales person to release to warehouse.

If SKU :
PO Price is "Higher" than M3 Price
Process order at the higher PO price
If SKU:
PO price is "Lower" than M3 Price
We have a 5% variance

Example:
-PO Price is: $100.00
-M3 Price is: $104.50

Result: SKU PO price is within the allowed 5% allowed variance


Process order at the lower price
If SKU:
PO price is "Lower"  than M3 Price
And is more than the allowed 5% variance

Example:
-PO Price is: $100.00
-M3 Price is: $140.00

Result: SKU PO price is more than the allowed 5% variance 
Forward ticket Request to the TLC Sales Person and CC Lisa & Amanda
Extremely Important: Click the dots to ensure the customer is removed from the conversation with our team advising the TLC Sales Person of the price discrepancy.

Failure to do so will result in the customer receiving the notification of the price discrepancy. And a call out by Adam.

Reference the Fresh Desk Retail Account SOP to locate the Sales Person
Order Stop Code:You Must place order in stop code 7  REAL TIME
until you receive confirmation from the sales person how to proceed
Note: If order goes to stop code 3 (credit hold)  

Place order in stop code 7 until you receive confirmation from the sales person how to proceed .
Exception: DIW (Direct Import/Container orders)

Reminder: Order always remains in stop code 7.
-If order goes to Stop Code 3 - Reach out to Lisa to advise.

DIW/DFW Container Po's have special pricing

  • Please Do Not advise Po has price discrepancies 

  • If in the body of the email does not advise pricing is approved
  • Forward ticket to the Account Sales Person and ask to please confirm if Po pricing is correct
