Step 1:
-Got to OIS300
-Search by PO Number: Sorting order 30
Step2:
Copy the PO number
-Note: PO's will end in : WSM OR WSR
-Highlight PO line
Step 3: Side Tool Bar (Widgets)
-Click until you locate the invoice number for that PO (If invoice is not located , check to see if there is a secondary order for this PO)
- Once invoice is located
-Copy the tracking number
-
Step 4: Go to the Carrier site
-Paste the tracking number
-PO Reflects
- Copy POD as shown below
Step 5: Paste in the email thread
-Please be sure to indicate the PO Number above the POD
-If there are multiple tracking numbers, please include PO for each tracking number
Step 6:
Send a message to our OP360 SA Ring chat advising task is complete.
