Process Flow
Step 1: PO is submitted to SA

- Process PO in M3


Step 2:  Forward ticket to Tarik and include in the "TO" section , the dedicated point of contact/contacts for that warehouse. 

 **Please Note: CC'ing a group email address on the ticket will result in duplications with the Fresh Desk tickets.

2A) For Collect Orders : GWT and Clara & VIoleta will work on the shipping .
2B) For Non- Collect Orders : Warehouse will provide weights & dims  and the GWT Agent will forward the shipping info from the customer 

Step 3: Once SA receives the approval , they will release the order for warehouse to ship the order.
