Process Flow for Adam's Master Customer File


Update: Currently SA Team updated their customer list in Clint and Adams Google File . (Sales Adam Master List)

- Currently no further actions need updated in the report.

How to Steps to Update Clint & Adam's Google File:


B- Work In Progress: Clint will provide a file to add Accounts (M3 Customer Numbers) that you own/partial own that are not refelcting on the Master List.


1: Columns A,B,C.D,E - Please Do Not Alter

-Modifying these fields will physical modify in Power BI

- If information is incorrect in any of these columns -> Enter correct info in column "P" Notes


2 : Column "E" Sales Admin

A) If your name reflects in this column & you no longer handle (Have ownership) - Example: Re-assigned to a SA Teammate

-In Column "H" Sales Admin Owner 1-> Enter the SA who account was re-assigned to .

-Also Note in Column "P" Account was re-assigned to XYZ (Example : Jamie)






3: Column "F" EDI: 

- Customer Accounts classified as EDI (Full EDI or EDI Fulfillment)

- Highlight the Line -> use the drop down for the checkmark to reflect

- If Customer Accounts is considered "EDI Fulfillment"  ->  In column "P" , Make notation  "EDI Fulfillment"


4: Column "G"  Customer Email Address 

- If inbound comes in as a sole customer email address enter in this column

-If inbound comes in and is as multiple customer email address's -> Note "See Column "P" .  Then in column "P" you will enter the multiple email addresses. 

- If the Customer Number (Account) does not have an email address associated with the account state: "NA"


5: Column "H" Sales Admin Owner 1

- If you are the sole owner of this M3 Customer Number -> Using drop down select your name

- If you are only partial owner of this Customer Number  ->  Using drop down select your name

-Reminder if M3 Customer Number is reassigned to another SA -> Using Drop Down select their Name 

**Please Note : If you share this Customer Number with another SA , & your Teammate has already filled column "H" out -> reference Column "J" , using drop down select your name 


6 :  Column "I" Sales Admin Owner 1 Task

-If you are the sole owner of this M3 Customer Number -> Note "Sole COMPLETE" - (See Snip It Below)

-If you are only partial owner of this Customer Number -> Note  the Task that you handle 

**Please Note : If you share this Customer Number with another SA , & your Teammate has already filled column "I" out -> reference Column "K" , and Note the Task that you handle



7: Please Note Columns J,K,L,M,N,O,
-The columns are so if 2 or more SA share the same M3 Customer Number . Each SA will have their own column to select their name & enter the task they handle.



8. Column "P" Notes:
-Add your special Notations so Adam is aligned for this M3 Customer Number 

(Example: This is a EDI Fulfillment Account.)
(Example: Account was re-assigned to Jamie) 

(Example: We no longer do business with this account)


9. Column "Q" Sales Admin Back Up

-Please enter the name of the SA Teammate who handles the Task when you are Out of the Office



Clint has added another tab on the Sales Admin Master List titled: "Not in Power BI Accounts"

- If there is an Customer Number ) Account you handle and is not on Clint's Master List please enter the account details in this tab.

- Entering full details in  this TAB ONLY in All columns will not affect the Power BI.
