Sales Admin Team- Sample Orders SOP

Moving Forward All Sample Requests will be handled/processed by CR Agent Junvie Aredidon




Process Flow


1.  If you receive a Fresh Desk Sample Order from the Team

-Ticket will need re-assigned to CR Agent Junvie 


Step 1:  In the side cart 

-Group Field : Select "Sample Request"

- Agent Field : Select " Junvie Aredidon"


- Click "Update" 


-Ticket is now out of your bucket .  

-Junvie will handle ticket and respond to the requester moving forward.






2. If you receive a sample request via Outlook email 

-Please respond advising :
Please email sample order requests to legacypurchaseorders@thelegacycompanies.com for order processing.
