SOP for email address "CC'd on the fresh desk ticket.
When is it fine to keep the CC'd email address/addresses on the ticket:
1. If the CC'd email address/addresses are not a Sales Admin group email address
2. If the CC'd email address/ addresses is a Sales Admin personal TLC email address (example: lisa@omegajuicers.com)
When do I need to remove the CC email address/addresses:
1. If the email address is a Sales Admin Group email address
- Example 1: legacypurchaseorders@thelegacycompanies.com
-Example 2: salesadministration@thelegacycompanies.com
-ECT.
How to Remove a CC'd email address/address
Simple click the "X" beside the email address and email address/addresses will be removed from ticket
The 2 Sales Admin Group Email addressee's are now removed from the ticket
Adding a CC email address/address on the ticket
Click the CC (if does not appear -> click inside the CC section and start typing the email address , if populates just click the email address in the drop down
-Reminder: DO not add any type of an Sales Admin Group email address or this will result in a duplicate ticket
The added email address now reflects on the ticket
