Enclosed is TLC New Revised - M3 Order cancellation /Order line cancellation process flow.
-Josh has mentioned in the QTY rsn code" drop down to select the reason for the order or order line cancellation. (Example product is Out of stock) , you would select the Out of Stock selection.
-If it is a simple order cancellation for you select "Cancelled Order"
Cancelling an order Line
Press Control+S to open the search menu. Type OIS300 and press Enter.
Search for the order number in OIS300.
Highlight the order, then select the ‘Order Lines’ shortcut.
Right-click on the order line that will be cancelled. Then select Close from the ‘Related’ items menu.
Close the warning message.
IMPORTANT
Select the checkbox next to ‘Qty rsn code’. This will ensure the reason code is saved on the order line when it is cancelled.
Select a reason code from the box on the right. Then click next.
Close the warning message.
Close the order.

Press Control+S to open the search menu. Type OIS300 and press Enter.
Search for the order number in OIS300.
Right-click on the order that will be cancelled. Then select Close from the ‘Related’ items menu.
