Level 2 & 3 -PKY Shipping Error Returns to PKY warehouse

Demand: PKY Shipping Error:

1. I Received incorrect Product

 - If this is not a shipping error but the consumer ordered incorrect product , see Level 3 for assistance. 

 2. I Received more of a product than I ordered.  (Example: I ordered 4 Excalibur trays and received 8 trays) 

3. I received a duplicate order



Level 2: Once Level 1 has collected all customer details, order details, photo of product received, & photo of shipping label on shipping box. 

- Reach out to Level 3 for assistance.

- At this time the ticket will be re-assigned to Level 3 Support to further assist consumer.


Level 3: Once Level 2 has confirmed we have collected all the requested details.

- Process M3 RMA adding notes in the RMA noting "PKY Shipping Error" , Return to New stock,  No Refund required.

- Process UPS Return Label back to PKY. 

- Please Note: Please process your UPS Return Label like you normally would , please see the format below. We need to be uniform with the return details. 

- Please be sure to add the return & notes to the PKY Returns Excel Sheet
