How to Steps to look Online order up in Shopify
A) You can search Consumers Online order by entering one of the options:
1. Consumer Online "Shopify" Order Number
2. Consumer full name associated with Online order
3. Customers email address associated with Online Order.
Step 1: Log into Shopify
- Select correct brand : Top right side circled in BLUE (Example: Omega "OJ")
- Click the "OJ" -> dropdown will show all 10 store (Brands) -> Click on the selected brand
Step 2: Left tool Bar (Highlighted in "Yellow"): Click "Orders"
- In Search Bar (Circled in RED): Enter Order Number : Example 163038-OMG-WEB.
- Order will show in the drop down (unless consumer provided incorrect order # or you are in the wrong brand)
- Click on the order number in dropdown list.
Order Now reflects & you can view all order details .
- If Order reflects "Unfulfilled & UPS tracking does not reflect (Line Green area) -> Cross reference M3 (Search by Full Shopify Order#) for additional order details status and proceed accordingly.
