How to look up an invoice in M3
Step 1: Log into M3 -OIS300
Step 2: Enter the M3 order , PO Number, or Shopify Full Web Order Number
- Highlight Order Line (will highlight Blue)
-In Gray Tool Bar (At Right Side) - Click the double back arrows)
3. Side appears (Right side of screen) - "Customer Master"
- Scroll down to "Related Information"
- You will see the Order Acknowledgement -> Using the forward arrow's go to page 2 -> This will be the order invoice.
