M3 Porch Pirates - Lost Package-(Countertop Brands)

Porch Pirates Process

****Key words: Missing Order, Missing Package, did not receive my order, order showing delivered, package never received, order never received. Lost package, Lost Shipment, Lost Order. 


How do you know if the shipment falls under the protocol for Porch Pirates?

- Track the package and if UPS is showing delivered 

- Track the package,  once UPS is showing movement of package if it has been 1 - 14 business days  and no further movement  (updates) , this is considered a lost package. 




How to Steps:

(Step 1) Fill out the the Porch Pirates Form


Tracking#: (Order tracking on original order from UPS)

* If 2 or more items lost be sure to enter a line per item.
* If 2 or more items are lost and under the same tracking number enter "XXXXXXXXXXXX" for line #2 and each additional line

* If 2 or more items are lost and are assigned different tracking numbers, enter each tracking number on that line

Type of Claim: Lost 

Generic Item Description: (Description of the Product)

Item Description: (Model Number of Unit & few additional product description)

Quantity:

Unit Cost: (The consumer cost for the product)

Invoice#

    How to get invoice

        - Look Order Number up in "M3" OIS300

        - Click & Highlight your order line

        - Top Gray Tool Bar - Far right side of page (Click on the double back arrows)

        - Right Side Bar appears "Customer Master" -> scroll down to "Related Information"

        - Order confirmation will reflect -> click forward page arrow to page 2 

        - Invoice will now show (See Example of Invoice Below)

        - Down load to attach to the body of the email to Freight Optics

        - Snip It to attach to the body of the email to Freight Optics
