Status of my Replacement Unit

2. Address

3. Telephone Number

4. Email Address

5. Model Number

6. Serial Number (If available for original unit)

7. The Replacement Order Number 

8. The Original Order Number (if they do not have the Replacement Order Number) 


In order for Richard or Jasmine to look up and provide the status of the replacement unit it is extremely important to request from the Consumer their Replacement Order Number , if not available then their original order number to provide the status of the Replacement unit. 


Time Frame for Production/Shipping of Replacement Units 


A) Regular (New)  Units --> If item is in stock 3-5 Business days


B) Scratch and Dent --> 7 - 10 Business Days, May take up to 12 Business Days.
