OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY
All out of warranty cases must be handled by L1.
Step 1: Agent's must check in Google for "Appliance Service Center" and enter the customer's zip code and refer to the list below.
Step 2: Agent can check with Cynthia in Chat and clarify which Service Center can assist customer by providing address and zip code of customer
Note: No "out of warranty" cases must be transferred to L2
