PLEASE ALWAYS CONFIRM WITH CUSTOMERS IF THEY MAILED IN THE FORM AND UPC/SERIAL TAG TO THE MERIDIAN CORPORATE OFFICE, 
IF CONFIRMED TO BE YES, THEN ALSO LET THEM KNOW THAT IT TAKES ACCOUNTING 10-12 WEEKS FOR REBATE TO BE FULLY PROCESSED

 -Rebates: Request for Refund or Follow-up Refund 
Note: If purchased via retailer - advise to go back to where they bought it

 -Registration: Wants to register their unit 


NoteNo need to gather information. We only need to record the ticket and if the caller does not have a contact, create a contact using the phone number in RingCentral Max. If customer was not able to provide name, save the contact name as "N/A"




CANADA CONCERNS

All Units in Canada are not serviceable. We must advise customer to return to their place of purchase or advise that they can contact our distributor in Canada "Redman Distributing" (519) 624-5710.

Agents must collect the following:

  1. Model Number
  2. Reason
  3. Date of Purchase
  4. Place of Purchase
  5. Name
  6. Address, City, St, Zip
  7. Phone Number
  8. Email
  9. Card Type: Visa/Mastercard (For anything that requires purchase)


OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY

All out of warranty cases must be handled by L1. 

     Step 1: Agent's must check in Google for "Appliance Service Center" and enter the customer's zip code and refer to the list below.
