1 Year Warranty on Parts and Labor.


A) If Purchased used/second hand there is No Warranty. They would need to locate a service center to service their unit. (You may assist with a Service Center if we have information available. 


B) If within the first 3 days of receiving there is an issue with the unit:


1. Process a Pre-Paid Return Label. Once we have received product back a New Replacement will be shipped out at No Charge.


2. If the consumer does not want to wait for us to receive product back for the replacement to be shipped:

     A) A Deposit Fee will be charged

     B) A Replacement product will be shipped out.

     C)  Once we receive the item back a refund will be processed for the Deposit Fee.

3. After 30 Days but in Warranty :

  A) Consumer will need to box and ship the product back to us for servicing. The Consumer is responsible for the Return Shipping Cost.

   B) If they ship the product back to us the Parts and Labor "Only" will be covered under warranty at No Charge.
