If you have any questions regarding a Ship To address on a PO:	Update: 1/21/2026 Send ring message to Lisa  Lisa will advise how to proceed	*
Order must be placed in stop code 7 until Lisa advises order can be updated to stop code 8  to warehouse.	Reach out to Lisa in Ring chat for approval to modify order to stop code 8	*

Select Warehouse for ALL accounts listed in the article	WFL "Only"	Orders can only ship from WFL warehouse
Ship Via : Our Truck"	This represents order is a CPU (Customer Pick Up)	(Scroll down article to see PO sample)
Pricing	Enter price shown on PO	Update: 1/20/2026: Per my conversation with Mario- Mario confirmed to enter price shown on PO for his accounts
Once order is entered in M3: If order is a stop code 3:	Please reach out to Accounting to advise release of order for shipping	Point of contact is: Monica Fernandez
1/21/2026: Amanda advised all accounts with Payment Terms : A00/N00 are Cash in advance	Upon completion of order processing: M3 will always reflect order in Stop code 3 We will always need to reach out to accounting to request order be placed off hold for shipping	Accounting will advise how to proceed Once order can be removed from hold, reach out to Lisa for approval to update to stop code 8
If Po reflects Ship To Address as:	This is the TLC Avanti office Respond to ticket requesting a ship to address from Mario.	Be sure order is in stop code 7 until you receive confirmation, have updated the order .  Once complete send message to Lisa requesting approval Once Mario Confirms: Send follow up ring message to Lisa advising Mario has provided an update  Lisa will confirm if order can be released to stop code 8

Ticket Handling

Step 1:  View all ticket details , including attached PO

Step 2: Reference M3 for product availability
-Orders can only ship from WFL

-Enter internal notes (Snip Its) of product availability

Step 3: Process PO in M3 (OIS300)

-Note: Process all product on PO (Even if not available) 

-Place order in stop code "7" 

-Enter additional Internal notes

Step 4: Send Ring message and ask Lisa for approval to update order to stop code "8"  

-Enter a Snip It of your message in internal notes

-Ticket Status: Pending

Step 5: Once Lisa confirms: 

5-A) If Approved : Update order to stop code 8

-Enter internal notes order update & ring message confirmation 

-Update side cart fields

-Proceed to Step code 6

Step 5: Once Lisa confirms:

5-B) If Not Approved: Proceed with instructions Lisa  has advised.
-Once you have followed Lisa's instructions 

-Enter internal notes 

-Update side cart fields

-Proceed to Step 6

Step 6: -Respond to ticket confirming PO has been processed utilizing the dedicated canned response per the PO demand..
6-A) If PO can be processed complete (and with no question) 

-Complete side cart

-Complete internal notes

-Tag ticket : Resolved

6-B) If PO is processed incomplete (Product OOS/ On reserved/discontinued) 

-Update Side cart

-Enter internal notes

-Tag ticket: Pending

- Once Mario has confirm providing requested information & Lisa has approved to release order to stop code 8

-Proceed to Step 7. 

Step 7: Adding updates. 1/21/2026
