WARRANTY VOIDED: CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE, MISUSE, AND ABUSE

With the utmost respect, please accept our sincerest apologies regarding the issue with your Avanti appliance.
Upon further review of the diagnostic report of the service technician, Avanti will cease to honor all future service requests due to user negligence. Avanti and its parent company, the legacy companies, deems the issue to be a result of customer negligence and renders the unit being abused and misused which voids manufacturer warranty.
Per manufacturer terms and conditions, if unit was not properly maintained from customer's end, warranty is voided.
An excerpt below of warranty exclusions has been provided for your personal review.

We will be more than happy to supply any needed parts for your issue to be resolved yet we will not supply any labor or issue a replacement unit due to the aforementioned improper maintenance resulting in misuse and abuse.
