Units purchased from a 3rd party - Upon Arrival or inside first 30 days of purchase

1. Part/parts is missing : Advise to reach out to Place of Purchase 

2. Part/parts is damaged : Advise to reach out to Place of Purchase

3. Place ticket status to "Resolved"



Units in warranty - Replacement Part/parts is damaged 

Purchased direct from Kalorik / From a third party prior to January 11, 2024 

- Advise we are awaiting part ETA.

- There is No Cut the Cord Replacement


Units in Warranty - Replacement Part/ Parts is damaged
Purchased direct from Kalorik / From a third party after January 11, 2024

 - Advise we are awaiting part ETA.

- There is No Cut the Cord Replacement

- Reach out to Level 2

- Level 2 reach out to me (Lisa) and I will advise how to proceed.


Units in warranty - Replacement Part/parts missing , thrown away, dropped, misused, ETC.

Units Out of Warranty - In need of replacement part --> Advise we are awaiting an ETA

 1. Consumer agrees to await an ETA 

     - Place ticket status in "Waiting on Third Party


2. If consumer declines
- Offer Discount Code 15OFFCSR --> 15% Off an item on the West Bend website

- Place ticket status in "Resolved"

Consumer requests inquiring to purchase a part/parts

***Please do not advise to reach out to : EBAY, AMAZON, third party retailers, ETC  for purchase of replacements parts.  Replacement parts prior to Legacy stock were only sold on the Kalorik Website.
