Kalorik - Product registration/ I want to register my product

Please be sure to remove ALL CC email address/addresses when replying to the consumer.
The only email address that should reflect on ticket is the consumers email address.


1. If consumer has provided no/ or partial registration details

    - Fill in what details have been provided in side cart including contact details section

    - - Enter internal notes as you normally would 

    - Send canned response : see below

    - Place ticket status as " Waiting on Customer


2. Consumer has provided all registration details
   - Complete the side cart including contact details section

   - Enter your internal notes as you normally would 

   - Send canned response: see below

   - Place ticket status: Resolved
