How to read sticker label on unit:
A) - If the sticker label does not state Kalorik, unit is not an authentic Kalorik unit.
B) - All units come with a 1 year warranty
C) - The REF#, Model/Model No., and date/date must be entered in the ticket side cart fields
We need to collect the following to identify and assist consumer:
1. REF# --> This identifies the actual model number of the unit
2. Model/Modele No. --> This is the product allotment. (This is not the actual model number of unit)
3. Date/Date: --> This the date code. First 2 digits represent the year, second 2 digits represent the week of the year the unit was manufactured.
Examples:
Sticker #1: Air Fryer Oven
REF# - AFO 52484 SS ( is the actual model number of unit)
Model/Modele: AF-250AD2
Date/Date: 2335 --> unit was manufactured in the year 2023 , the last week in August
Sticker #2: Air Fryer Oven
REF# --> AFO 46045 (Is the actual model number of unit)
Model/Modele: AF-250AC2
Date/Date: 2241--> unit was manufactured in the year 2022, 2nd week in August
Sticker #3: Blender
REF# (Label does not state "REF#") - The REF# number on this sticker label is "BL 46505 SS)
Model/Modele: PC510
Date: 2240 --> unit was manufactured in the year 2022, first week in October
