Product line overview (The only warehouse we can utilize is PKY (Paris KY) )
1. We must always check M3 availability in PKY (Paris KY) before:
A) Providing Cut the Cord as a resolution.
B) If product is not in PKY --> Offer Substitute Model --> Consumer must approve accepting a different model before sending "Cut the Cord" canned response.
C) Recheck inventory again prior to processing the warranty or cash sale order to ensure product is still reflecting in stock & available.
2. Model Numbers ending in AMZ are Amazon Exclusives. Offer substitute on list . (Be sure substitute is showing in stock)
3.M3 Product codes ending with additional letters or numbers are exclusive for Sales Admin. and we can not utilize unless noted in the product table. (Example M3 product code ending in AMZ or -L, -T , ETC)
