Understanding the Inventory Columns
** Reminder: Countertop Brands only ship and utilizes inventory in PKY warehouse
** Reminder: Always reference Column "Avail Inv" --> If this column has a positive quantity shown , product is available for order processing
Very Important: We must always check M3 for product availability prior to advising the consumer resolution and again prior to processing all orders .
Step 1. Favorites
- Select: MMS081
Step 2: Top right -(Filter Options) location
-Select "Sorting Order: #1 (Whs,oh,ord,res)
I) WHS: Enter PKY (Paris KY)
II) On Hand: Total inventory in PKY
III) Reserved: Stock reserved for pending order (Stock Not Available for CR order processing)
IV) Avail Inv.: Please see notes below.
A) If this column reflects a positive quantity --> stock is available for our order processing
B) If this column reflects a negative quantity --> the quantity in this column is reserved for pending orders. Inventory in this column not available for CR order processing.
C) If column reflects the same quantity as the Reserved column and/or Alloc. Qty. column -> all inventory is spoken for -> Not available for CRorder processing.
V) Alloc. qty. : Stock is allocated to order -> NOT available for CR order processing
Example: Avail. Inv. (In the negative) -> stock not available for order processing

2A - Click: item_Overview_DIS
2B -screen populates
2C - Click On the : "Search for item" line --> small rectangle box populates enter part name and hit enter.

- This view will give us the stock code if it is not uploaded on website/shopify.
- If you click the "Product Group" column 2 times it will show all Omega together.
