SETTING TEMPERATURE ON VINOTEMP WINE COOLERS

TEMPERATURE SETTING & DISPLAY LOCK:
The display panel has an electronic lock on it, if it remains untouched for a minute or two, it would lock.
To unlock, please press and hold both the UP/DOWN arrow buttons for 8-10 seconds and it should beep.
Once it beeps, or if you've held it down long enough, the panel should unlock.
Proceed to make your adjustments.

TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATIONS: FLUCTUATIONS WILL VARY BETWEEN SINGLE/DUAL ZONE UNITS
The temperature indicated and displayed on the unit is based on the location of the sensors inside the unit.
Temperature seen at each point away from the sensors may vary slightly from the actual temperature displayed.
Please note that there may be a 5-7 degree temperature fluctuation depending on the ambient temperature.
It may be helpful to know that the unit is programmed with a 5 degree temperature differential.  This would mean that if your unit is set to 55 and reaches 55, it will cycle off.  At a 5 degree increase in temperature, the unit will cycle back on and pull the temperature back down to 55 and cycle off once more.
The temperature fluctuation seen would be the air temperature increasing, not the actual bottle/liquid temperature.
Air would be less dense and has less mass than liquid and more susceptible to temperature variance.  Small differences in temperature are necessary for the unit to work properly.  When the cellar starts a defrost cycle, the temperature rises slightly.  When the cooling system resumes working, the temperature cools down.
