Pressure gauge should default between 10-15 psi, should pressure loss occur then its an issue with the regulator.

When setting the amount of wine being dispensed,
you will use the up arrow(H2) and light button(H3).
Factory preset is (1) ounce but can be calibrated much more precisely than that.

The pressure will always remain the same as far as dispensing and the H2 setting will allow you to control how long it dispenses for.
This is ideal for the consumer because they will be able to calibrate how much wine is being dispensed.
The light button(H3) can be held for a similar setting control to make it even more precise.
