Please advise if a replacement of your order or a refund is the desired outcome,
If for replacement or refund, please kindly follow the steps below.
We will not make arrangements for the item in question to be picked up or returned to a refurbishing warehouse,
we simply require for the unit to be disabled.
We are more than happy to issue a refund or replacement yet would require for the defect unit's power cord to be cut (prior to cutting the cord, please unplug unit from outlet).
We require a photo of both the cut cord and the unit’s serial label tag emailed to us prior to the replacement or refund being issued.
Once the documentation photos are received, you will receive an automated refund receipt via our Shopify portal or an order confirmation of the replacement order confirmation
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on original payment method or allow 5-7 business days for delivery of replacement unit to be delivered
