SETTING THE TEMPERATURE ON WINEMATE CONTROLLER:
1) "set" until "F" flashes, once flashing, let go of button.
2) UP or DOWN arrow to set temperature.
3) Once target temperature is selected, set to lock in setting.
4) To power down and turn off the unit, press and hold the "Power logo" at lower left corner for 5 seconds until screen goes black
5) Should the led display show "POF" OR "PON", please follow the next steps:
Lock and unlock the keys:
To lock the keys, press up + down keys + until POF is displayed; to unlock the keys, press up + down keys + until PON is displayed.
To adjust fan runtime for an increase in humidity, follow steps below:
**** If you need to increase the humidity, you will need to increase the fan run time, default value is zero.
You'd increase the fan time by increments by 5 mins.
By default unit, unit would maintain humidity between 50-70%
