Question: Why is my Popcorn tough and chewy.


Answer: A) If the Butter Lid is placed on the top of the Clear Cover during the Popcorn Session the butter lid is covering the air vents resulting in moisture collecting inside the cover resulting in Tough or Soggy Popcorn.

               B) Adding too Much Oil.  The Oil cannot exceed more than 3 TBSP. of Oil. (The Chart in the User Manual notes the measurements ) Shown Above.

               C) Popcorn Kernels that have Expired or Bag/Container was not sealed shut.
