ROB USE ONLY (GWT PARTS ORDERS)

Onshore does not need to approve GWT parts requests shipping from any of the international warehouses:

Hong Kong, Netherlands, ETC. / Approvals needed for US warehouses only


Chef's Choice sharpener parts (internal parts) requests for ETA can be sent to Jeffrey Bennett in Avondale.


Avanti and Vinotemp part requests need confirmed with Richard Moreno if in large quantity or if the request is for more than half of the stock showing available in M3.


PROCESS:


GWT parts orders will be sent by GWT agents through Freshdesk creating a ticket.

Rebecca Morris will receive these requests.

Rebecca will review the request and if US request assign the ticket to Rob for quantity approval.

Rob will review quantity requested vs. availability in M3.


Once reviewed Rob will approve quantities or adjust quantities requested. SEE BELOW.


1- If the quantity is NOT adjusted, Rob will add a note approving the order and assign the ticket back to Rebecca to process the order and complete the ticket. (Send Rebecca a message in Teams with the ticket number making her aware the ticket was reassigned to her for processing)


2- If the quantity is adjusted/lowered Rob will message the GWT agent making them aware of the adjustment and request confirmation of the adjustment by the GWT agent. Rob will keep ticket in his name until the GWT agent approves. Once GWT agent approves the adjustment Rob will add notes in the ticket with the adjusted quantities to ship and will assign the ticket to Rebecca to process the order and complete the ticket.  (Send Rebecca a message in Teams with the ticket number making her aware the ticket was reassigned to her for processing)
