GMA Promotion For the PBL1000BD-2 Personal Blender 

1. Log Into your Shopify for GMA (Not your normal Shopify) and Select the Omega for the PBL1000D2 Personal Blender Promotion

2 A)  Click "Orders" and enter the Consumers Order Number in the Search Bar and Hit "Enter" .  If Consumer cannot provide Order Number 

     A) Search By Name order was placed Under

     B) Search by email address order was placed under. 

B) If Tracking  the package in the UPS.COM Site to ensure you are viewing all details  and Provide details to Consumer.

       * When view tracking if the tracking number has any issues proceed accordingly and advise Consumer you will look into the order. 

C) To Cross Reference the Order in Visual be sure you are Coping the Full Shopify Order including the "#" Sign and Pasting in Visual . For  this Sale you must also add a "-2" to the order to ensure you are pulling the correct order in Visual.  

      *It is very Important to double check all details on the Visual Order to ensure you are viewing the correct order. 

Example: Shopify Order Number is 

#Gomega2170

 --> 

#Gomega2170-2 

 3. Before Providing Order Status to Consumer cross reference the Shopify Order to be sure are viewing the Correct GMA Order. 

       *The Shopify Order Number may have another order for a Previous GMA Order . (IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE THOROUGH BEFORE PROVIDING INFORMATION)
